Hi I believe I have registered for e-billing. My Virgin Media account profile settings say that I have 'already registered for e-billing'. However, my first bill shows a £1.75 charge for paper bills. Does anyone know why this is? I want to sort it ASAP to save £20 over the course of the year.
It's a Sunday so I can't contact Virgin customer service.
The Virgin Media forum team don't work on Sunday's either. However, they will pick up this thread on a day or so.
