Not recieving discount for paperless billing

Hi I believe I have registered for e-billing. My Virgin Media account profile settings say that I have 'already registered for e-billing'. However, my first bill shows a £1.75 charge for paper bills. Does anyone know why this is? I want to sort it ASAP to save £20 over the course of the year.

It's a Sunday so I can't contact Virgin customer service.

The Virgin Media forum team don't work on Sunday's either.  However, they will pick up this thread on a day or so.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Smiley Happy

 

Checking the account I can see that E-billing became active a few days after your first bill was generated. 

 

The next bill will now be an E-bill instead and you won't have the £1.75 charge on there.
