Not received online £50 credit ( first bill due soon)

As title says.

I have an email from VM on 21st Feb, stating £50 off bill, when I ordered it.

You have a couple of options to get it looked into, the first is continue to wait for a response from a member of the favicon.png Forum Team here (up to two weeks.) Or you can call in about it by ringing 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> very if your details when asked for them -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Either way will get the matter looked into. If you're eligible, you would have to keep in mind alterations can only be made to the scheduled DD when there is at least 5 days before the bill due date,
