Not a clue what my contract should be

Sick of phoning to leave Virgin and receiving offers to stay

3 months ago reduced to £71.50 as a special deal and agreeing to weekend only phone usage. Otherwise same package.

just received an email to say they were taking sports HD off me. Did not agree this !

Contacted them again today and agreed same package with HD included for £52.62 for 12 months - over the moon 

Just received an email confirming my new contract ------ £87.62 !!!!!

What is going on Virgin???

not a lot staff here can do who are you talking to - only one dept worth the call

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - you are thinking of leaving us - dont worry about that they do much more - open 'till 8pm - 6pm on saturdays - closed sunday and the plus is its a UK call centre

i did what you suggested on both occasions- I was really pleased with the quote this afternoon as it was cheaper that 3 months ago. I went through the details very carefully to ensure HD was included and £52.62 was agreed. I was shocked with the email an hour ago £87.62 ! I wrote everything down - only common denominator is the 62p haha. Looks like another call tomorrow. Thanks mate
