No service already two days and no solution at site
It's funny that one of my favourite operators it became one of the worst. No service already two days and on the website always changing the time of repairs. I'm really thinking to find another operator as I don't get what I'm paying for

Thanks for coming by. Sorry to hear of the issues you're having though, certainly not how we'd want things to be.
It is disappointing to hear the estimated fix dates/times are changing. We will always aim to resolve any known issues as quickly as we can, sadly this can take a little longer than any of us would like.
This could be due to a number of factors but rest assured our guys will be doing all they can to get things sorted for you asap.
