New Customer - Need to establish what my Area ref number is

I am trying to set up a new account online. I have no idea what my Area Ref is as i have no bills or communication from Virgin as yet. My installation is due on the 15th Feb 2017. My area is Luton, Bedfordshire - could someone let me know what my area ref is?

i'm not a member of the virginmedia staff the £50 credit is normally applied 30 days after you're account is active e.g. when you've paid your first bill.

Thank you.. An email arrived late last night with the Area ref. I tried to use the reference number to register an account like it asked me to - to no avail. Oh well - not such a great start.

Thanks for the information - I have set up my account a few days ago - Are you able to tell me when I will received the £50 into my account (and also my daughter for referring me to you). Also my account is just showing as me having landline services from you and not broadband? My installation date for both is the 15 Feb
