New Customer - Can't Sign In!

Hi I've recently signed up with Virgin for broadband for my new house and I'm trying to set up a direct debit payment but when I try to sign into my Virgin Media account it comes up saying..

"We're sorry, we're having trouble signing you in to your account. Please check your username and password and try again."

I've tried changing the password a few times but still nothing, this is really frustrating as I'm moving into the new property today and having the broadband installed tomorrow so ideally wanted it set up by then, but I'm worried that if I'm not able to log in and set up payments soon then I'll be over charged. Can anyone help me out please?

hiya @MattPalfreman did you move address since this would have created a new account number etc.. since it will be around 5+ days for the forum admin to run any checks on the backend systems, best idea is to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to setup a direct debt over the phone.
