New Customer Amazon Vouchers

Hello,

I have been with VM over a month now and I have not received the Amazon vouchers promised on sign up yet and I have checked my spam folders. 

Can someone please raise this is with the rewards exceptions team as I have had no luck getting through to CS.

It's great to have you joining us on the community and thanks for posting about the Amazon vouchers. That's certainly something we can support you with Smiley Happy

If you can let me know when this has been done if not already and then pop back to me and send a private message to me with your name and full account address and your email that you signed up with for the offer, I can then check in with the Rewards teams for you and will get back to you as soon as I can to confirm when these are likely to be sent if you’re eligible.

To PM me, simply:

  • Click on my forum name on the left of this post.
  • Go to my profile.
  • On the right had side, select the 'send me a message' option.

Once you've popped those details to me I'll be back in touch to confirm timescales etc for you.

I've filled the form in for the Rewards Teams to look into this for you. They normally process their forms within 48 working hours so I should hear back from them by the middle of next week.

Hi Blik

I've checked into this for you and the notes suggest that the Rewards Team processed the voucher email request for you for despatch on the 26th March.

If you've not checked this yet can you please check all inboxes including junk folder as it sometimes routes to there. The email will come from a 3rd party company called Edenred and it will have the subject heading of  “Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!”.

I received the email 10 minutes after I posted my last reply. It appears to have worked and I have some Amazon vouchers winging my way to me. Thanks for your assistance.
