If you can let me know when this has been done if not already and then pop back to me and send a private message to me with your name and full account address and your email that you signed up with for the offer, I can then check in with the Rewards teams for you and will get back to you as soon as I can to confirm when these are likely to be sent if you’re eligible.

I've checked into this for you and the notes suggest that the Rewards Team processed the voucher email request for you for despatch on the 26th March.
If you've not checked this yet can you please check all inboxes including junk folder as it sometimes routes to there. The email will come from a 3rd party company called Edenred and it will have the subject heading of “Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!”.
