Any one advise how I get the access code for the 6 month free trial? Tried phoning the help desk but.... still waiting.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your Netflix code, checking the account I'm not seeing any code on the original order. I will need to check on this for you.
I have filled in an exceptions form and this has gone over to the team. Once they come back to me I will let you know what happens next

It's great having that here as a reference however I've already followed the correct process in filling out the Exceptions form.
This will usually get authorised by the team however if they can't, we can then use the image you've posted to raise further.

I've come in today to an email from the Rewards Team saying they have sent the code to the email address on the account. Have a look in your inbox and Spam folders incase it's there.
To redeem it, go to Netflix and sign in > Your Account > Gifts & Offers > Enter your code here and your account will then be credited.
If you have any issues or can't find the email, come back and let us know so we can pass Data Protection and give you the code here instead
