Hi i have been cut off and when i sign into my virgin media account online it says that i have been surspended but it says that i have to pay 00.00 what can i do

On stuff like account problems I would say best thing is to call 150

Rubbish option but that's what I would do

hiya @Nigel_champkins would need to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 since the forum team dont get involved in billing/account issues in much detail mainly due to issues of Data Protection.
