Need a letter bill

I just recently got to the UK, and since tenancy agreement is digitally signed, the bank [Lloyds Bank] won't accept it as proof of address [I'm a web designer and a bank account is needed asap]. They want bills, bills that come through the post.

Maybe this highly unusual, but I really need just one bill, the current bill sent through the post.

I appreciate it.

Re: Need a letter bill

I would have thought a printed-off copy of your ebill would be fine.

Re: Need a letter bill

Yeah, a printed copy can easily be manipulated. And they are likely to refuse the application because of it.

A letter is a solid proof.

Banks...

Re: Need a letter bill

Then you'll have to phone in and ask for them to send you one - BiIling option on the menu. And you'll be charged.

Re: Need a letter bill

Got it sorted through phone support.

I'll get a letter in the next 5 to 7 working days.

Cost - 2 pounds.
