After getting a text a month ago, asking to 'call up' and 'discuss our great offers' before your trial ends .. I did so, called the number provided and got nowhere as the phones were down. I called your main customer services number where your operative refused to talk to me about my account because she wasn't part of the NHBT, I expressed my concern that I would be automatically getting billed in a few short weeks and wanted to clarify my options before making a decision on wether to stay or not. I was assured that an email had been sent and I would get a call off them urgently to discuss.
no one got back to me. the phones were still not working a week later. now your phones are working, and after several attempts all I get it sorry "our advisers are busy", after spending over an hour on hold on 2 occasions i've been cut off only to be told try again later!
so I tried AGAIN this morning, 25 minuets on hold *phone cuts off* "sorry we are having telecom difficulties" yet again.
extremely unsatisfied, how are you going to keep peoples custom, if this is our experience prior to taking a contract out.
