I have tried calling the 0800 073 7100 number given to me from the customers services side with no response at all.
Each time I was on the call for 30-40 mins with the same music and voice message continuing to tell me to hold for a response.
Has anyone managed to get through to this department. Absolute joke of a service.

Their team have gone through some changes recently and it's meant they have been left severely under staffed.

I have forwarded this over to the Home builders team now. They will come back to me once your address has been released to Sales.
If you're enquiring about the free trial then you need to ensure you have spoken to Barratt Homes for them to refer you. Unless they've done this, the team won't call you back.

They'll need to locate the referral form and then will give you a call however as mentioned in my first post to you, they are severely understaffed so this may still be a few days.

Got a call from 0800 073 7100 on Friday 13th October. They said that my name would be transferred to the Virgin Team and someone would be in touch to process the connection?
I still haven't heard from them. Can you maybe remind them if you can?

It sounds as though they may have released your address to enable to Sales Team to process this. Have you spoken to them on: 0800 052 2129. If not, give them a try.
