Despite call VM 3 times now to have myVM account moved from previously cancelled to new (at their advice) after moving I still can't sign in and see the new account. Any ideas if VM will ever let me see my account and use wifi when out again?

Looking at the account it I can see the last agent you spoke to raised this up to IT as an issue. Since then the team have tried to contact you on 3 separate occasions. As they've had no luck the ticket has now been closed
