My phone bill wrong !!

Hi

I paid my Dec Bill 5th December  but in My virgin media  it is still showing as un paid / due.   I have bank statement showing this payment aswell.  Now by bill is double with a £10 late payment charge?

What is happening pls?  M phone line not working so i can't ring you, have no mobile either so will cost me a bomb.   I have been a virgin media customer for almost 10 years and want some help.

Hi Cooperang, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

Checking the account it looks as though the bill was paid a day after the next bill was generated so because of this, when Decembers bill was generated, the balance was still there. 

 

I can see since you've gotten this sorted though Smiley Happy A new bill has been generated so don't forget to get this paid before a new one is generated again. 

 

With regards to the Telephone line, I can see an engineer appointment has been booked for you. Don't forget to let us know how it goes.
