My gift of a wireless speaker has not arrived

I had my installation done on the 26th October and I have not received my said reward of the wireless speaker, how do I proceed ?

Either wait up to a week for a response from a member of the favicon.png Forum Team here. The team member would look into the matter and keep up updated regarding it.

Alternatively, ring 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Ask for the unreceived gift issue to be looked into.

I have already replied to your thread here: Free wireless speaker hasn't arrived

 

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

 

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
