My bill has gone up

My bill has gone up from £38 to £44 : I find this a very steep rise for no extra benefits.I might ask for a re-evaluation or

ask you to give me a better deal. Please reply ASAP, as I'm not happy.I have not used any extra channels/services.

sadly the forum team cant deal with any billing queries, changes to account of this nature.. your best bet would be to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 or online chat via http://contact.virginmedia.com (using pc/laptop)
