I've paided 25 pound on my bill money taken and it still says online it's not been paided and no phone to call what do I do ?

hiya @Luke15o15 the my virginmedia website showing what you owe doesn't update very well.. sometimes not until the next bill month, you can contact virginmedia via online chat @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop) but this is a very popular method, or possible pop into a virginmedia shop, or can be called via 0345 454 1111
