My account details are blank

When logging into my account online I get Hi and the account number and area but the rest of the screen is blank meaning that I cannot view any of my package details.

i have tried on multiple devices and still no luck. Is there an issue with the online site. Several times I have tried to log on over the weekend but maintanence has been taking place.

Same issue for me, I didn't see your post before I posted my issue. Thankful its not just me, but mine has been like it for about a week now and I'm due speed upgrade any time soon (maybe!) and without that page I have no timescale status!

The same is happening to me. Nothing on the "My Account" or "My Package" pages are showing except my name, area reference and account number, like so> tinyurl.com/zyo8qc2

Tried on 2 PCs, a phone, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

My upgrade is also due. My broadband speed has increased in the past few days so not sure if this is connected

Hi everybody, 

 

Thanks for your posts and apologies to hear you were both having an issue accessing My Virgin Media. 

 

There was a fault discovered as being the reason for the issues. We worked on these through the night and got things resolved. 

 

If you try again, the page should be available.

Still broke for me.

Clearing cache and cookies hasn't helped either. Area ref 02 if it helps.

I have just been on a chat with your technical team and they cannot resolve. They have raised an incident to try and resolve

I am also having the same issue: blank page when I login. Speed upgrade was due by end of month and I cannot check timeline. No luck getting in touch via web chat, all operators busy. It has been going on for a few days now.

Fixed for me now but there is now no date to when the speed upgrade is due. It's like this company can't get anything right.
