Sorry. Every time I try to set an account up I receive an oops message telling me to try again later.

Ahh - then that's for the VM bods to deal with. They take a week or so to get to a thread.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue registering for My Virgin Media. 

 

Taking a look at the account, it looks as though an account has been created. Rather than registering, try using the Sign In option with the details you tried registering with.

Thanks for getting back to us.

I apologise if you are still having issues with the registration or access to your My Virgin Media account online. From what we can see the email is still showing as registered.

If you are still having an issue with this can you please get in touch with our teams either via the phone on 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat.

Both of those teams can look into this in more detail with you after clearing security with you.
