I have been trying to get onto 'My Virgin Media' to review bills etc, I have apparently received one in PDF format, but the email looks SPAM, so I want to check the source, as good 'anti-spam' policy says we should.

Re: My Virgin Media website is down... how long for?
I have been getting this all week. never seen such a terrible service. due to this and trying to order a phone this monday. spent all day due to site problems. went to virgin shop. cancelled order. note spoke with 9 different people on phone as shop staff could not help my day wasted. have also requested any call charges to them be refunded. will wait and see.. add insult to injury my virgin media bill has increased again. just after being informed of "FREE " broadband boost. . it appears that virgin now treat their existing customers with contempt. speeds do not attain what it says and pay more for less service. now looking at going to another provider. may get charged approx same per month, but will get all of their all of their top services.
