I'm trying to create a Virgin Media account, yet when I type my account number in to set up a profile, it keeps telling me the number is invalid and not the correct amount of digits.
Along with this- I'm trying to upgrade my Broadband as i'm currently being massively ripped off with Virgin, and after calling them they continue to tell me that they can't offer me a better deal as an existing customer?
Pretty fed up of having to keep swapping between Sky and Virgin!
The 'too short' account number is often fixed by adding a 0 to the beginning of the number.
