Moving my payment date temporarily

Hi everyone I have always paid my bill on time around the 13th of every month but next month (april) I need to pay around the 20th, do you think Virgin will allow me to do this without any problems? And what's the best way to go about it? Thank you in advance

hiya @Craigybhuff you woud need to have a chat with customer services via 150 (virignmedia land line) 0345 454 1111 online chat http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop) since can't be done via the myvirginmedia site.
