Moving home

I'm moving shortly and want to take Virgin with me and have access on the day I move in.  However the Indian call centre do not seem geared up to the UK completion set up and don't seem to realise that I don't know exactly what time I will be getting the keys to the new property.  Anyone else encountered this and how did they get round it?
