You will need to contact the "Movers" team at Virgin to arrange moving your services. Your current contract is for equipment/services at your current address only. Moving to a new address will involve a new contract being set up. This may mean new equipment. If it does not you will need to re-activate your existing equipment at your new address. If you plug it in without doing this, Virgins systems will detect you have moved to a different location & disable your equipment.
