Moved house

Hey can anyone offer help. I moved 3 months ago abroad. I cancellled all virgin media. I have recently returned to the uk for a break and found I have been billed for services I had cancelled. I have no phone so contacting virgin is hard from main line Europe.

hiya @Flanborough32 this could be tricky since would really need to have a chat with customer relations which is only available via phone call, you could try and have a chat with customer services via online chat @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop) but this is a popular method so need to refresh page very 30 second or so.
or from overseas use something like Skype so cheap phone calls/calling card.
