Mother-in-law passed away and account was in her name
Hi there, I'm hoping someone is able to help me with this. I apologise if this problem has already been addressed previously in the forum.
My father-in-law is on his own, following the death of his wife, and isn't really fit for dealing with changing over accounts, etc., so I'm trying to help him. All of their accounts were in her name. I was wondering if someone could advise me on how I would go about getting her Virgin Media account transferred over to his name?
When it refers to option 4, I'd suggest that once you do go with option 4 from the main menu, then go with either Option 5 or Option 1. Ask them to put you through to the Bereavement Team or schedule a call back from the Bereavement Team.
