My wife as a limit of 250 MB of data on her mobile but only uses the internet when at home on the home broadband.Have rang virgin as they have they say she is over the limit and have charged her £2.00 a day which now stands at £20.00. I know for a fact that Wi-Fi is switched on and this is the first time this as occurred in nearly 12 months. they have offered a £5.00 reduction in the bill and had her internet deactivated to stop any more increase. As this happened to any one else? What else can I do? any suggestions please. Do you think there could be an error in their system? I have not seen any reduction on my wife's account to date.
