I have tried to ring on 150. Had a very helpful guy try to help me with no luck. He suggested emailing and gave me the email address. This also didn't work as email incorrect. Why is it so hard to report the fact that my outside cover had disappeared and I would like it replaced...............Can anyone help.
He should have been able to book the appointment in - depending on the department you contacted. Did you use the Faults option and report a service fault? Alternatively, use Option 4 -> Option 5 from the main menu to request such an appointment. Customer services email support isn't a thing, so I'm not sure why he was giving out non-existent email info.
As another alternative, you can choose to wait up to two weeks for a member of the Forum Team here to reply to your topic - they can book the required appointment in no problem.
