Missed bill payment

Hi, unfortunately I've missed a payment this month due to being unwell and virgin media have not cut me off Smiley Sad. I'm capable of paying back in full in just 8 days time but after 3 conversations with call centre staff they are unable to help and have told me I'll had to do without tv and Internet till I make payment in full (I have no hope in hell of affording this) but I was hoping to at least be able to use the free view channels without the message coming up on the screen telling me there is a problem with my account, is there anyway to do this just till I get myself back on my feet.

Partial service reinstatement is done for those who are about 3 months behind in bills and agree to a repayment plan that VM offer.  For anything else its normally pay the bill in full then wait 24 hours for services to be reinstated

Does your T.V. have a built in free view tuner+do you have a normal aerial?
