I received a call from a telemarketing company working for Virgin last year offering a better TV package for just a few extra pounds a month. So I agreed even though I have Sky as it wasn't very much extra. What he failed to mention is that it was only a 6 month discount and he was signing me up for a new 12 month contract.
I have complained to Virgin as I feel I have been miss sold to but they have been absolutely useless. A manager promised to look into it and after waiting for months conveniently the recording has been lost/deleted. The customer service has been so bad and I will never use Virgin ever again. Has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks
