I received a letter in the post today from VM telling me that my old bit of broadband kit will stop working on 30th April, I went to the website as the letter advised and put my details in to order a super hub 3.0 and when I clicked on choose my delivery date it told me that my super hub was already on order and delivery date is 10th December 2016!!
This date is quite clearly wrong and I wanted to specify a Saturday delivery date if possible, I'm not even sure that the Hub 3.0 is on order as when I look at my order status there's nothing showing there and I've not received any email to confirm my free upgrade.
Please can you check on your order system and send me an email confirmation that my free hub 3.0 upgrade is on order and can you inform me what the delivery date will be?
I don't want to be left without broadband so I would appreciate a speedy response.
