When we signed up to virgin via a guy coming to the house we were told we would receive £100 in vouchers.
We commenced service maybe 8 months ago now and there's still no sign of them. Is there any way to chase these up at all?
Yes, either by posting about it here, which you have done so. A member of the Forum Team here can chase it up, you'll get a response from one of them in probably up to a week's time. Alternatively pop a call into 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Verify your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Ask them to look into the gift issue.

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
