Thanks. Tried that before and just get a phone number option - can't see how to leave some form of message. I refuse to wait 30mins to speak to someone. If you know the right option to be able to leave a written message then please share. Thanks.
I took a new contract on August 2016 and offered a wireless speaker over the phone. Till date i was contacting the customer service team for the wireless speaker. Today they said to me I was not eligible for wireless speaker and asked to send them back proof of it. I took the contract over the phone and how should I sent them the proof.
