Lost details

Lost my account number (receive my billing online), can't log in, my bill seems to have increased dramatically. Have my address, postcode, etc.

Your account details are on each eBilling notification email you get each month.

If you don't have these, and can't reset your login details online, then you'll need to call in to reset your details by clearing security with Customer Services first.

Thank-you, rarely have to contact them but thinking of leaving as prices are ott now and I loathe Branson. Cheers
