I have recently gotten your Limited Edition Full House Movies Bundles as per the image below, after spending 40 minutes on the phone with customer service noone could fulfil my order, and kept saying that the contract does not say that and that package does not exist. All the movie channels I have are greyed out, I asked if I could send proof via email and was told "we do not have email" and that I would need to post my issue to the complaints department at head office in swansea.
Also would like to mention the odd placement of the virgin box, which could of been installed 3ft lower as we do not want this as a main feature on our wall... this kind of service is not acceptable!
After contact VM, a customer service agent was able to talk to the web team who confirmed the order and the Sky Cinema channels have now been added to the account, and also an engineer has been arrange to come round and move the box to a more suitable place, Issue Resolved.
This is interesting - I had the exact same issue with VM - but instead even after sending proof over that I signed up for the Limited Edition Package, I was still told not possible and they instead sold me a higher 300mb broadband speed package but with the lowest tv package. And the broadband is currently testing at 3mb not 300!
