Virgin have left me with no services for 6 days. Called them up and after being promised an engineer by one of the offshore team for Saturday, which didn't turn up!! Asked to talk to a manager, got told I would have a callback within half an hour. Again, that never happened!! Just found out that they want £240 to cancel my contract after being told that things would happen and they didn't!! Feeling completely let down by virgin and I cannot trust them anymore!!

Checking the account I can see the engineer was cancelled due to a fault being located in your area. Usually a text is sent to advise on this but for some reason the agent didn't update the telephone number.
Checking things today, any fault in the area has been resolved and your equipment suggests things are working. Are you still having an issue?
