Leaving Virgin

Hi
I would like to know how I go about turning off my services.
I have been a customer of yours for many years, I cannot afford it anymore.
I cant always ring to speak to people as i have recurrent tonsilitis and lose my voice.
I am paying over £150 a month and its too much to afford.
New customers are getting much better deals and this isnt fair
Thanks
Sharon

Re: Leaving Virgin

Hi Sharon,

notice of cancellation can be given either in writing:

Virgin Media
PO Box 333
Matrix Court
Swansea
SA7 9ZJ

Or by calling and speaking to a member of the Team. Free call 150 from a Virgin Media line. 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

Calling and speaking to someone would be the best option. If you are unable to do so because of tonsillitis, provided you are well enough to clear security and authorise someone else to speak on your behalf. They could take over the call for you if perhaps a family member or close friend were available.
