My contract with Virgin was disconnected on 18th October, 43 days ago, and I am still waiting for the credit on my last bill to be sent to me. Can you tell me how much longer I have to wait for this?? It's dreadful that we have to wait so long to get our own money back. At this time of year I could do this will being returned to me as soon as possible - please look into this for me.
Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch about the final bill.
Our final bill process is that the services are disconnected and then 35 days later the cheque refund for any credit balance is sent to you as a customer. That is sent out business class in cheque format.
I can see your was processed towards the end of November so if you have not yet received this in the post you will in the very near future.
