I am thinking of Switching my TV/Phone/Broadband from Sky as Virgin have some tempting deals as I live in a newly networked area, however when I have gone online to check what products are available at my address it lists every house number on my street except my house ??
I went onto the web chat and an advisor told me that I needed to fill in a form to request a spotter out to check availability, which I did, but nearly 2 weeks later I am yet to hear anything from Virgin.
