Joining Rewards

How long does it take over and above the promised 28 days? Benn 6 weeks now and no positive result from contacting chat on line team!

Virgin have already taken 2 months payment though!!

Account seem to be the efficient team haha

I am sorry to hear that they have not yet arrived for you.

In order to allow me to look into this for you can you please let me know what type of reward you were expecting from us.

In order for me to look into this further for you I also need you to confirm some information for me.
