Is it possible to change your "Mates rates" bundle?

Hi,

I'm currently on a "Mates rates" bundle which appears to no longer be much of a saving for what I'm getting.

Is it possible for me to switch to an alternative bundle at a "Mates rates"?

Grateful for any advice by return.

Hi Mr_Angry,

Thanks for coming back to us here.

Mates Rates deals are subject to the promotions we have on offer at the time. If you don't feel as though you're getting a good deal anymore than check with your friend who referred you for the new deals on offer.

They can then put you forward for the new deal instead. You wouldn't be able to change to another deal without them.

Thanks,

I would suggest you direct that at your family member or friend. They will be able to find out what the current rules are for this employee program.

Thank you, Ernie.

I already have and they are unsure.

I was hoping someone from the community moderation or admin team could provide a definitive answer.

Hi Mr_Angry,

Thanks for your post.

We're not able to post information regarding the Mates Rates service here.

You'll need to speak to the person who referred you and get them to look at the Mates Rates deals for you via our Sharepoint page. (This is an Internal site for Employees)

Thanks,

Re: Is it possible to change your "Mates rates" bundle?

Actually it's not what you said, Ernie. Kath makes reference to the details of Mates Rates deals, which again was not what I asked. My query is specific to changing from one Mates Tates deal to another. Thanks anyway, Kath. Cheers.

Anyone else on the forum able to advise if you can change your Mates Rates?
