Internet not working

For the past day all I have had is 2 arrows flashing and nothing else.
I've had nothing but problems since joining virgin media and they feel it acceptable to put the price up with poor quality broadband.
I will be leaving gorging media if this problem is not resolved.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with your broadband not working, I apologise for any inconvenience.

 

I have run some checks from here and I can see that your upstream power levels are too low, an engineer will need to attend and investigate this for you.

 

I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
