Internet Disconnecting and Fluctuating with Mostly Unusable Speeds

During the last two days my Internet connection has been terrible. It occasionally works for 15 minutes but keeps dropping out.
I've turned the hub on and off many times but the problem keeps happening. I had this same problem before and replacing the hub fixed the problem but I did see that area 21 was having work done on an 'Intermittent Connection' problem that was meant to be fixed by 6pm today.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
There's still currently an issue with the network in your area causing intermittent connection - Ref.(F005051782). Our technicians are working to get this sorted as soon as possible and have set a review date of 10th February.
