Installer drilled water pipe...leak in house!


I had a Virgin Media installer on Saturday 18 March to install at our new place.

We discovered yesterday that the heater and hot water boiler is no more working.

We had an emergency plumber today who discovered that your installer drilled into the hot water system. We needed to switch off the water supply.

Despite several attempts we are not getting any feedback!! Just passed around on the Virgin Media Hotline.

Please contact me directly and urgently.

A very disappointed customer.
