Installation - Paving blocks

I have my installation date set for next week. Engineers from Virgin came round today and informed me that the paving blocks outside my house would have to be taken up to have the line installed. Will the engineers relay these blocks once finished?

Re: Installation - Paving blocks

they might but to what quality is anyones guess - they install cable BB not paving - you would be better looking for an alternative route - clip the cable to a fence or something like that

They wont take them up or re-lay them.

Re: Installation - Paving blocks

They HAVE taken mine up and made a right mess of relaying them, i was not at home when they did it.
I am in the process of complaining about it right now but getting no response.

Re: Installation - Paving blocks

and that is why they shouldn't take them up or replace them. If they have to they used to just make the house as unservicable if there was no other way
