I signed up for Full House package with self installation and start date of 10th April. As suggested I didn't contact BT, whom I'm transferring from, as you'd handle that.
At the weekend I received an email saying that a technician is now required to do the installation and they will come on 18th April. Again insisting not to contact existing supplier because it would all be handled.
BT have since emailed to say our account will close and connection terminated on the 10th April which was the original install date.
Will you be updating BT on the change to install date? Or do I need to contact someone to get it sorted?I don't want to be without internet for a week.
If you want something done, guarenteed. Then do it yourself.
By the time the forum team get here the 10th will likely of passed.
