Incorrect details

In the process of a home move and already my discounts for the new contract have been messed up which is really unfortunate as i have been happy with virgin for the past two years now anyone else having these problems as of late?

hiya @joseph1992 sadly not much the forum team can do in this instance, would need to have a chat with customer services/moving house dept, to discuss any previous discounts.
