Inclusive Snapfish Challenge

I have been trying to access the virgin media "Inclusive" with snapfish, which allows you to have 100 6x4 prints each month.

I have set up an account, following the instructions here:

https://my.virginmedia.com/customer-news/articles/snapfish-prints.html

using the email account that is linked to my virgin media account. However, when I go to order the prints, snapfish would like to charge me full price, not giving me the 100 free virgin media prints.

Does anyone know how I access this "Inclusive"? Do I need to somehow link the two accounts? Do I need a voucher code? Has anyone successfully gained access to this?

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to get your free print allocation. 

 

Since recent updates were performed by Snapfish, they now take control of any issues. You'll need to speak to them regarding this: 

 

Phone: 0203 684 7993 Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Online Chat: Live chat support agents are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 AM
