I need to upgrade to the Hub 3.0

Hello, I need to upgrade to the Hub 3.0 as my old will not work after 30th of April. But I cannot do it on the website as it says I do not come up in their system when I put in my address details? Anyone who works for virgin media and give me some help, that would be great. I have tried ringing virgin media with the number 150 but cannot get through or even chat as it is always busy.
