I have received a email I don't understand

I placed a order online and everything seems ok but I received a email that I don't understand I can't call them I have no way of calling them

If you need to discuss an order with us then the two ways to do this would be either:

  • Via 0345 454 1111 or 150
  • Or via Webchat

To speak to the Webchat teams just choose the option in the column on the left that best matches your needs and tab over to the right through the menu to get to the Chat Online option.

Via these options our Care teams can discuss the options with you securely. As the forums are public we need to be supporting you in this way to keep your data confidential.
